You can request the correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or if you withdraw your consent.
If you have any grievances regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right to readily available means of registering your grievance with our designated Data Protection Officer.
You have the right to nominate another individual who shall, in the event of your death or incapacity, exercise your rights regarding your personal data under the DPDP Act.
